Once you submit the form, our team will review your application. You'll receive an email invitation with your unique access credentials within 24-48 hours.

🔑 Forgot your password?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen:

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on login screen
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for reset instructions
  4. Follow the link to create a new password
  5. 📧 Didn't receive invitation email?

    Check these common issues:

    • Look in your spam/junk folder
    • Ensure you used the correct email in the form
    • Wait 48 hours - our team reviews applications manually
    • Contact us if still missing after 48 hours
    📱 App won't install or crashes?

    Try these solutions:

    • Ensure your device meets minimum requirements
    • Clear storage space (app needs 500MB free)
    • Restart your device and try again
    • Update your operating system
    • Contact support with your device model
    🔒 Account locked or suspended?

    Accounts may be temporarily locked for security:

    • Wait 15 minutes before trying again
    • Ensure you're using the correct credentials
    • Reset your password if needed
    • Contact support for persistent issues
    Sync issues with health data?

    Health data not syncing properly:

    • Check app permissions in device settings
    • Ensure Health/Google Fit permissions are granted
    • Try disconnecting and reconnecting data sources
    • Force close and reopen the app
    🌐 Dashboard not loading?

    Web dashboard issues:

    • Clear browser cache and cookies
    • Try incognito/private browsing mode
    • Disable browser extensions temporarily
    • Use Chrome, Safari, or Firefox (latest versions)
